Dipping into a new market
After talking to customers and constantly tracking trends, Jack Aluminium Systems saw a need and opportunity to create a purpose designed internal glazing system – but it didn’t want to just adapt an external product for internal use. The ID30 was the result of months of development, testing and adjustments, creating an engineered door and screen that was specifically designed for internal doors and partitions, while creating ultimate versatility.
As well as no extra bulk, the ID30 system offers locking mechanisms and hinges that are housed within the slim framing and sash profiles, along with fixed screens. The system can also be utilised for a range of door configurations, including single and double hinge doors, single and double sliding doors, bi-folding doors and pivot doors.
While the existing ID30 range is delivering modern aesthetics with its sleek sightlines, new features recently introduced mean the specialist aluminium systems supplier can cater for all applications. To help create a more traditional heritage door, the introduction of a lockbox and transom profile helps achieve this effortlessly. It also allows for a range of glazing options, including panels and frosted glass, both above and below, that helps deliver added privacy.
Perfect products for the market
Along with the popular internal glazing system, the Jack Aluminium Systems range boasts a whole range of complementary products that creates a complete suite of aluminium glazing solutions, perfect for any project.
The TRL90 flat rooflight and TW70 window offers hybrid products that could be used on both residential and commercial projects, and was introduced to the range after recognising a real appetite for an alternative domestic aluminium range with Jack Aluminium Systems’ level of service. It has grown from there and its TruEnergy domestic aluminium range now features SW60, the slimline aluminium window, RD70 residential door and SD70, the slimline, heritage flush door.
SD70 TruEnergy doors provide the ideal solution for homeowners looking to create an art-deco or industrial style on their external doors or on specialist projects where there is a requirement for replica slimline doors.
