Hinged door configuration

Internal aluminium hinged doors

Using slim aluminium framing and large glazed panels, hinged doors create bright interior spaces while maintaining the practicality of a familiar door format. Hinged doors remain one of the most common internal door types and are suitable for a wide range of interior layouts.

The ID30 hinged configuration combines the practicality of traditional doors with slim aluminium framing that allows more light to pass between rooms. Suitable for contemporary and heritage interiors, the hinged door can be designed with a latch and floating lock box, latch and lock box with transoms or a magnet and U-channel handle.

Configurations to suit both large and small openings

Configurations include single hinged doors and double door sets, allowing the system to suit both smaller openings and larger internal entrances.

Door leaf sizes up to 1m wide × 2.6m high. Hinged doors can also be combined with sidelights and toplights to form larger glazed internal screens.

Once the layout is defined, the final specification can be completed by selecting hardware options, glazing styles, Georgian bar arrangements and colour finishes.
